Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. We aim to send out all orders on the same or next day but this can take up to 3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or bank holidays. If we are out of the office or experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, if that is the case, normally we will display a notice on the website.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. To make a return: Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn] Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
